Preparation method of super-stable nanoparticle eye protection product

Abstract

The application provides a preparation method of an ultra-stable nanoparticle eye-care product. The method uses bilberry extract and separated whey protein as solid fillers, and uses water, stevioside and citric acid as liquid fillers. The two kinds of fillers are filled into a double-cavity bottle with upper and lower structures and solid-liquid separation, so as to obtain an ultra-stable nanoparticle eye-care product. The application explores and provides a new preparation method of the ultra-stable nanoparticle eye-care product which balances the adverse factors such as high temperature, pH, light, metal ions and liquid water environment on anthocyanins. The new preparation method of the eye-care product can enhance the stability of anthocyanins in the processes such as processing and preservation, digestion and absorption.
