Abstract

The application provides a facial filling and skin quality improvement composite preparation based on a decellularized matrix, a preparation method and application thereof, and according to mass percentage, the facial filling and skin quality improvement composite preparation based on the decellularized matrix comprises 0.3-20% of polysaccharide and / or polysaccharide derivative, 0.3-6% of osmotic pressure regulator, 0.5-60% of decellularized matrix freeze-dried powder and the balance of water; the polysaccharide is at least one selected from sodium hyaluronate and carboxymethyl chitosan; the polysaccharide derivative is at least one selected from PEGDE cross-linked carboxymethyl chitosan and oxidized sodium hyaluronate cross-linked carboxymethyl chitosan; the osmotic pressure regulator is a non-ionic osmotic pressure regulator; and the D50 particle size of the decellularized matrix freeze-dried powder is 30-100 mu m. The facial filling and skin quality improvement composite preparation based on the decellularized matrix is excellent in injection compliance, good in suspension stability and adjustable in rheological property.
