A radiotherapy lesion accurate positioning method

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of medical image processing, and discloses a radiotherapy lesion precise positioning method. The method acquires a planning period 4D image, a current positioning image, an external respiration signal sequence synchronously collected with the current positioning image, and a positioning correction result, performs time window representation processing on the external respiration signal sequence, generates a current respiration virtual state, constructs a state reference set corresponding to each respiration state around a planning lesion area in the planning period 4D image, forms a structure stability weight map, determines a lesion candidate area in the current positioning image, extracts a local structure representation, performs state matching with the state reference set under the constraint of the structure stability weight map, outputs structure consistency results corresponding to each respiration state and local displacement, and then jointly judges the current respiration virtual state and the structure consistency results to form a trajectory consistency score, so that trajectory consistent positioning results and positioning reliability are obtained.
