Auxiliary structure generation method and device for helical tomotherapy system

Abstract

The application discloses an auxiliary structure generation method and device for a helical tomotherapy system, relates to the technical field of medical information, and in particular to the field of TOMO radiotherapy information processing, and the method comprises the following steps: generating an initial auxiliary structure according to the geometric characteristics of a target region and the spatial position relationship between the target region and a critical organ; associating and configuring the auxiliary structure with a reverse optimization target, and the association and configuration are used for realizing a linkage relationship between the parameter information of the auxiliary structure and the weight of an optimization target function; in a reverse optimization process, an optimization state index is collected, and it is determined whether a plan optimization stage is switched according to the optimization state index; and in the case that the plan optimization stage is detected to be switched, a reconstruction operation of the auxiliary structure is triggered. The application solves the technical problem that in the prior art, the auxiliary structure is stored as a static data object in a Tomo radiotherapy plan, cannot be dynamically adjusted according to an optimization stage, and leads to low calculation efficiency of a radiotherapy plan data processing system.
