A system and method for integrated targeted extraction and separation

Abstract

The application discloses a kind of integration system of targeted extraction and separation, including subcritical fluid extraction unit, solvent circulation regeneration unit, gradient separation and purification unit and control unit, subcritical fluid extraction unit is connected with gradient separation and purification unit by heat preservation pipeline, and solvent circulation regeneration unit is connected with the outlet of subcritical fluid extraction unit and the solvent recovery port of gradient separation and purification unit respectively.The subcritical fluid extraction unit of the present application uses synchronous stirring and spraying method to mix solvent, improves the uniformity of solvent and material mixing, increases the extraction efficiency, the subcritical fluid extraction unit is provided with parallel extraction tank, which can be switched to operate to ensure continuity, and integrates ultrasonic auxiliary device to strengthen mass transfer, and the gradient separation and purification unit is composed of multiple separation towers in series, the target component is continuously adsorbed, desorbed and re-adsorbed in flow, so as to realize fine separation from impurities.
