Abstract

The application discloses a dust recovery device for powder coating production and a recovery process thereof, wherein the dust recovery device is communicated with a pipeline conveying dust-containing gas, and the dust recovery device comprises a vertical cylinder which comprises an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder which are sleeved with each other, a through opening is formed in the cylinder wall of the inner cylinder and is communicated with the outer cylinder, and the pipeline is communicated with the upper portion of the inner cavity of the inner cylinder. By arranging a through opening sealing mechanism which comprises a driving piece and a baffle for sealing the through opening, when the filter screen needs to be cleaned, the baffle can be driven by the driving piece to seal the through opening, and the airflow channel between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder is cut off. At this time, the airflow in the inner cylinder is discharged from the top of the inner cylinder through the inner cyclone forming assembly and the filter screen, the filter screen can be back-blowing cleaned or replaced in a non-stop state, the dust falling off in the cleaning process cannot enter the outer cylinder through the through opening, and pollution or blockage of the outer cylinder and the volute collector is avoided.
