Composite desulfurizer for removing hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide and method of making

Abstract

The application discloses a composite desulfurizer for removing hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: N-methyl diethanolamine 30-40%, steric amine 30-40%, activating agent 5-15%, defoaming agent 0.01-0.2%, antioxidant 0.5-2%, metal organic framework material 0.5-2%, and the balance is water. The application further discloses a preparation method of the composite desulfurizer, specifically: mixing N-methyl diethanolamine, steric amine and water, stirring uniformly, adding the activating agent, defoaming agent, antioxidant and metal organic framework material, and stirring. The composite desulfurizer has the advantages that the metal organic framework material and the N-methyl diethanolamine and steric amine can synergistically improve the reactivity of the composite desulfurizer to hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide, ensure high activity, high selectivity and thermal stability of the desulfurizer, and the addition of the antioxidant can reduce the generation and accumulation of heat-stable sulfates in the renewable hydrogen sulfide removal solvent.
