Abstract

The application relates to the field of herbicide equipment manufacturing, and discloses a preparation device and process of a herbicidal composition of pyrimithyl and glyphosate, which comprises a bottom plate, a supporting table fixedly connected to the top of the bottom plate, and a batching tank fixedly connected to the top of the supporting table. The supporting mechanism comprises a fixed block fixedly connected to the inner wall of the batching tank, adjusting rods fixedly connected to the two sides of the fixed block, a buffer pad fixedly connected to the inner wall of the adjusting rod, a transmission pipe fixedly connected to the bottom of the buffer pad, and a limiting plate fixedly connected to the bottom of the adjusting rod. The supporting mechanism is arranged, the absorption holes of the cleaning film can transmit the suction force to the inner wall of the batching tank, thereby absorbing the residual herbicide into the tank, achieving automatic cleaning of the residual material on the tank wall, avoiding material dryness, adhesion and cross contamination, reducing raw material waste, ensuring the purity and stability of the next batch of production, and meeting the high-cleaning production requirements of the pyrimithyl and glyphosate compound system.
