Abstract

The application discloses a production method of 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidone and belongs to the technical field of chemical production. The method comprises the following steps: reacting acetone and ammonia under the action of a catalyst in a reaction unit of a production system; the reaction unit comprises a jet reaction kettle, the jet reaction kettle comprises a reaction kettle body, a first Venturi tube, an ammonia feeding pipe and an ammonia recovery pipe; an opening is arranged at the top of the reaction kettle body; the two ends of the first Venturi tube are located inside and outside the reaction kettle body respectively; one end of the ammonia feeding pipe is connected with the throat of the first Venturi tube, and the two ends of the ammonia recovery pipe are connected with the opening and the ammonia feeding pipe respectively; the raw material acetone and the raw material ammonia enter the reaction kettle body from the first Venturi tube and the ammonia feeding pipe respectively; the unreacted ammonia enters the reaction kettle body again to continue the reaction; and the product is discharged from the kettle bottom of the reaction kettle body. Through the method, the problems of low ammonia conversion rate and complex ammonia recovery system can be effectively solved or improved.
