A turner for spray finishing

Abstract

The application discloses a turnover device for spraying processing, which comprises a base provided with a double-track conveyor, two top limiting parts respectively arranged on the two sides of the double-track conveyor, and the opposite ends of the two top limiting parts extend to the middle part of the double-track conveyor in the width direction; a bearing part arranged on the double-track conveyor, the bearing part is provided with a plurality of lifting holes; a resisting piece driving part arranged on the base; a resisting piece part arranged below the top limiting part and driven by the resisting piece driving part; a shaking piece driving part arranged on the resisting piece part; a shaking piece plate arranged on the shaking piece driving part; and a plurality of lifting blocks arranged on the shaking piece plate and below the conveying track of the double-track conveyor. The turnover device for spraying processing can lift the bearing part from the track and shake the gasket, reduce the contact of the convex with paint, prevent the sliding of the hanging material cone block, and magnetically attract and position the permanent magnet, so that the adhesion is broken and the stable grabbing of the carrying mechanism is ensured.
