Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of roll forming stamping, and discloses a roll forming die and an automatic device with the roll forming die, wherein the roll forming die comprises a lower die, a floating module and an upper die which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top; the floating module is slidably connected to the lower die; a bending groove matched with the upper die is arranged at the top of the floating module; a pressing block for roll forming is slidably connected in the floating module; a clamping block for limiting the pressing block is slidably connected in the floating module; a sliding frame is slidably connected to the floating module; a combined pressing block is slidably connected in the sliding frame; the combined pressing block comprises a first vertical block, a second vertical block and a plurality of arc-shaped blocks between the first vertical block and the second vertical block; and a laser diameter measuring instrument is fixed to the floating module. The opening size of the roll forming after roll forming is measured through the laser diameter measuring instrument, and the roll forming diameter is always stabilized in the design tolerance range through replacement and secondary roll forming, so that the production quality and efficiency are ensured.
