The highway box girder web processing production line comprises a longitudinal reinforcement conveying area, a welding area and a mesh discharging area arranged in sequence along a first horizontal direction, and a stirrup processing area arranged laterally to the welding area along a second horizontal direction; the longitudinal reinforcement conveying area is used for storing longitudinal reinforcements and conveying the longitudinal reinforcements to a specified position of the welding area, and a plurality of longitudinal reinforcements are arranged in two rows in the welding area; the stirrup processing area is used for bending a steel reinforcement raw material into a stirrup with an opening, conveying the stirrup to a welding station of the welding area, expanding and gathering the opening of the stirrup to position the stirrup and the longitudinal reinforcement, and welding to form a mesh; and the mesh discharging area is provided with a mesh pulling mechanism for step-by-step pulling of the mesh.
