Process for producing a lithium-containing aluminum-copper alloy target material and apparatus therefor

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of target material production, and discloses a lithium-containing aluminum-copper alloy target material production process and device, which comprises a machine shell, a mold, a tiltable crucible assembly and a filtering assembly. The filtering assembly comprises a treatment cylinder, a switching mechanism, a filtering unit and a cleaning mechanism. The treatment cylinder is provided with an inlet, an outlet and a discharge outlet. The switching mechanism is provided with a plurality of movable frames in the circumferential direction. The plurality of movable frames can be sequentially connected with the inlet and the outlet. Two sliding plates capable of being opened and closed relative to each other are arranged in the movable frame. A baffle channel is formed between the two sliding plates. A high-temperature-resistant coarse filter screen, a fine filtering assembly and a fine-pore ceramic filter plate are arranged in the baffle channel and used for grading filtering of the metal liquid. When the movable frame moves away from the main pouring position and moves to the position corresponding to the discharge outlet, the cleaning mechanism drives the two sliding plates to move away from each other and extrude a high-temperature-resistant elastic gas storage bag, so that inert gas is sprayed through a one-way spray valve to reversely blow the filtering unit.
