Abstract

The application discloses a control method of high manganese steel continuous casting non-reactive protective slag and relates to the technical field of metallurgy, which comprises the following steps: controlling the ratio of the content of MnO and the content of SiO2 in the high manganese steel continuous casting protective slag to be 0.45-0.66; controlling the mass percentage of MnO in the high manganese steel continuous casting protective slag to be 16-20%; controlling the mass percentage of SiO2 in the high manganese steel continuous casting protective slag to be 30-35%; and controlling the basicity of the high manganese steel continuous casting protective slag to be 0.98-1.1. Through the control of the content of MnO and SiO2 in the high manganese steel continuous casting protective slag and the ratio of the two, the Gibbs free energy of the continuous casting protective slag is greater than 0, the steel slag reaction is effectively inhibited, the surface defect rate of the casting blank is greatly reduced, and the surface quality of the casting blank is ensured.
