Abstract

The application provides a milling device for machining mechanical parts, and relates to the field of milling devices.The milling device comprises a machine tool, a sliding table vertically slidingly arranged on the machine tool, a support frame installed on the sliding table, a cutter holder seat rotationally installed at the bottom of the support frame, a set of milling cutters annularly and equidistantly arranged on the cutter holder seat, a shaft body, a set of first protruding ribs annularly and equidistantly fixed to the outer side of the top end of the shaft body, a connecting frame vertically slidingly installed at the middle part of the support frame, a connecting sleeve rotationally installed on the connecting frame, a spline shaft fixed to the output end of a milling driving element, and a set of second protruding ribs annularly and equidistantly fixed to the inner wall of the connecting sleeve.The application greatly reduces the idle stroke length during tool changing, significantly reduces the time consumption of single tool changing, especially in the scene of multi-variety small-batch production or multi-process machining of complex parts, can effectively reduce the accumulation of non-machining time, and improve the comprehensive machining efficiency of the machine tool.
