A custom door industry production line that can produce a variety of shaped metal doors

Abstract

The application provides a customized door production line capable of producing various shaped metal doors, and relates to the technical field of door manufacturing. The application comprises an assembly area, an automatic welding area, a paint spraying area and a movement platform connected with the three areas. The assembly area comprises an assembly table installed above the movement platform and material tables arranged in front of and behind the assembly table. The automatic welding machine area is located to the right of the assembly area. The application replaces the traditional special fixture with a modular reconfigurable moving table assembly, integrates the door body assembly, welding and coating stations into one, greatly reduces the dependence on special molds, and flexibly arranges multiple groups of module moving tables and unit moving tables. The same production line can quickly switch between producing different specifications and different shaped yard fence type steel doors. The operator only needs to manually adjust the position and angle of each group of clamping units, which reduces labor intensity, significantly shortens the changeover time, and effectively guarantees the assembly efficiency and delivery consistency of customized steel doors.
