An automatic separating and screw removing integrated device for an electric energy meter upper cover

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of automatic disassembly of waste electric energy meter, and particularly relates to an automatic separation and screw punching integrated device for the upper cover of an electric energy meter, which comprises, in sequence, an inlet and outlet conveying line, an upper cover lifting station, a first module clamping jaw mechanism, a transfer posture adjustment station, a second module clamping jaw mechanism, a screw punching station, a third module clamping jaw mechanism, and an upper cover collecting belt conveying line. A screw collecting track box is arranged below the screw punching station. Each mechanism is electrically connected with a PLC control system, and can realize multi-station parallel integrated operation of automatic separation of the upper cover of the electric energy meter, accurate adjustment of the posture, synchronous punching and classification collection of the screw, and automatic transfer and stacking of the upper cover. The present application greatly reduces the dependence on manual work, improves the operation efficiency and the separation accuracy of the upper cover, and can seamlessly link with the front and rear processes of the disassembly production line, adapt to processing of electric energy meters of multiple specifications, and meet the high-capacity demand of large-scale automatic disassembly of waste electric energy meters.
