A device for the transport of PCBs by lifting and turning

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of PCB production, and particularly discloses a device for conveying, jacking up and steering a PCB, which comprises a rack, foot bolts arranged around the bottom of the rack, a welding foot wheel arranged on one side of each foot bolt, a conveying assembly arranged at the middle upper portion of the rack, a jacking and rotating assembly arranged at the bottom of the conveying assembly, and a flatting and static electricity removing assembly arranged on the outer wall of the rack at the outlet side of the rack. The device for conveying, jacking up and steering a PCB provides power for the rotation of the hollow rotating platform through the servo motor in the jacking and rotating assembly, and can realize high-precision angle rotation in cooperation with the cross roller bearing, so that the orientation of the plate after steering is accurate, and the feeding precision requirement of the downstream equipment is met. In addition, the anti-skid lines on the rotating jacking plate can prevent the PCB from slipping during steering, and the round hole structure on the rotating jacking plate can avoid the transmission roller, so that scratches on the plate during the jacking process are avoided.
