Potting device and potting method

Abstract

The application relates to the field of battery production and discloses a pot loading device and a pot loading method. The pot loading device comprises a blanking device, a conveying device used for driving a pot-shaped box to pass through the blanking device, a material cylinder and a first displacement assembly connected with each other, the first displacement assembly is used for driving a first end of the material cylinder to abut against one of the blanking device and the pot-shaped box at a station where the blanking device is located, the first displacement assembly is also used for driving the material cylinder to displace along with the pot-shaped box, and a second displacement assembly is arranged at the station where the blanking device is located and is used for driving the other one of the pot-shaped box and the blanking device to abut against a second end of the material cylinder. The material cylinder is abutted between the blanking device and the pot-shaped box, which is equivalent to increasing the side wall of the pot-shaped box, so that the loading capacity of the pot-shaped box can be increased. The first displacement assembly is used for driving the material cylinder to synchronously move along with the pot-shaped box, so that the material cylinder can synchronously run to a station where a pressing device is located along with the pot-shaped box, the material in the material cylinder is pressed into the pot-shaped box by the pressing device, the material in the pot-shaped box is compacted, and the bulk density of the material in the pot-shaped box can be improved.
