Abstract

The application provides a cement sound barrier production hoisting and transferring device, which comprises two clamping assemblies, each of which comprises two clamping arms arranged oppositely, a clamping control rod, a hoisting plate, a clamping base, a guide sliding seat, a guide sliding strip, a contact bottom plate and a clamping contact; the technical key points are as follows: when the two clamping arms are close to each other, the two contact bottom plates at the corresponding positions are driven to slide to the top of the guide sliding seat at the corresponding positions, so that the target cement sound barrier clamped between the two clamping contacts is lifted, the target cement sound barrier is separated from the cement sound barriers in the stacking state, and after the contact between the plate and one end of the supporting arm, the supporting arm controls the hoisting plate to rotate around the hinge point of the hoisting plate and the clamping arm, so that the hoisting plate remains in a horizontal state and is attached to the bottom surface of the cement sound barrier, thereby forming a support at the bottom of the lifted cement sound barrier and ensuring the safety during the hoisting of the cement sound barrier.
