Longitudinal gradient temperature zone graphitization process control method and system

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of carbon material preparation, and discloses a longitudinal gradient temperature zone graphitization process control method and system, which comprises the following steps: first stage control: in the process that materials are linearly heated from a first preset temperature to a second preset temperature, the weight loss rate of the materials is monitored in real time, and the flow of a protective atmosphere in a furnace is dynamically adjusted according to the weight loss rate; second stage control: in the process that the materials are linearly heated from the second preset temperature to a third preset temperature, heat preservation is carried out at each temperature platform, and the graphite interlayer spacing of the materials is periodically measured; when the change rate of the graphite interlayer spacing is lower than a preset convergence threshold value, heating to the next temperature platform is started. Through closed-loop feedback of the weight loss rate and the atmosphere flow and the lattice convergence rate and the stepwise heating rhythm in different stages of graphitization, the application realizes self-adaptive cooperation of a process and a real-time state of materials.
