In the application, calcium carbonate is used as a neutralizing agent to neutralize the high-aluminum sulfur-containing wastewater, until the pH of a reaction system is about 4; calcium hydroxide is added for secondary neutralization, until the pH of the reaction system is about 7; solid-solid separation equipment is used to separate aluminum hydroxide and calcium sulfate; the separated calcium sulfate is sold as a product; and the aluminum hydroxide is used as a flocculant product.
