Method for controlling thallium pollution in phosphogypsum

Abstract

The application discloses a method for controlling thallium pollution in phosphogypsum. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, initial leaching concentration test of the phosphogypsum; step 2, thallium pollution degree division of the phosphogypsum, according to the thallium concentration of the leaching solution measured in step 1, the phosphogypsum is divided into thallium standard phosphogypsum, slightly thallium-polluted phosphogypsum and heavily thallium-polluted phosphogypsum; step 3, for the slightly thallium-polluted phosphogypsum, sulfide is added according to the mass ratio of the reagent to the phosphogypsum of 0.8%-2.0%, and after the addition is completed, the mixture is stirred uniformly, and the water content of the attached water is adjusted to 10%-25%; step 4, for the heavily thallium-polluted phosphogypsum, first, an oxidizing agent is added to the phosphogypsum, and after the addition is completed, the mixture is stirred uniformly, and the reaction is carried out for 2-6 hours; then, sulfide with the mass of 1.0%-3.0% of the phosphogypsum is continuously added, and after the addition is completed, the mixture is stirred uniformly, and the water content of the attached water is adjusted to 10%-25%. By using the method for controlling thallium pollution in the phosphogypsum, the leaching concentration of thallium in the phosphogypsum can be significantly reduced.
