A green amidation process for 2-aminophenol-4-sulfonamide

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of sulfonamide synthesis technology and discloses a green amidation process for 2-aminophenol-4-sulfonamide, comprising the following steps: mixing chlorosulfonic acid and o-nitrochlorobenzene for sulfonation reaction to obtain a 4-chloro-3-nitrobenzenesulfonic acid solution; adding thionyl chloride to the 4-chloro-3-nitrobenzenesulfonic acid and reacting with chlorination to obtain 4-chloro-3-nitrobenzenesulfonyl chloride; mixing 4-chloro-3-nitrobenzenesulfonyl chloride, deionized water, and ammonia water for ammoniation reaction to obtain 2-nitrochlorobenzene-4-sulfonamide; mixing 2-nitrochlorobenzene-4-sulfonamide with liquid alkali, heating and holding the mixture, then cooling it, and adding hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH to obtain 2-nitrophenol-4-sulfonamide; mixing 2-nitrophenol-4-sulfonamide, a composite catalyst, hydrazine hydrate, and deionized water, stirring, filtering by pressure, adding hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH, cooling, centrifuging and dehydrating to obtain 2-aminophenol-4-sulfonamide.
