Abstract

The application relates to the fields of organic chemistry and medicine, and discloses a molecular glue compound targeting GSPT1, A is a substituted or unsubstituted aryl or heteroaryl; B is a substituted or unsubstituted aryl or heteroaryl; X is CH or N; the substitution refers to being substituted by 1-3 substituents, and the substituents are each independently selected from halogen, a cyano group, a nitro group, a hydroxyl group, an amino group, a C1-C6 alkyl group, a C1-C6 alkoxy group, a C1-C6 haloalkyl group, a C1-C6 haloalkoxy group, an amino C1-C6 alkyl group, a C(O)NRaRb group and a SO2NRaRb group. The continuous molecular skeleton is formed by fixing the connection sequence of each structural unit, the compound can be combined with the CRBN protein and form a stable complex system with the GSPT1, the regulation of the GSPT1 protein level is realized, and there is a clear corresponding relationship between the structural characteristics and the function realization.
