Preparation method and application of fluorine alkyl modified amino silicone oil

Abstract

The application discloses a preparation method and application of fluoralkyl-modified amino silicone oil. First, fluoralkyl ethanol and organic acid are subjected to esterification reaction in an organic solvent to obtain fluoralkyl ethanol organic acid ester; then, the fluoralkyl ethanol organic acid ester is subjected to addition reaction with side-chain amino silicone oil to obtain perfluoroalkyl-modified amino silicone oil. The long-chain fluoralkyl group effectively shields the amino group, thereby solving the oxidation problem of the amino group, and the fluoralkyl-modified amino silicone oil exhibits excellent low surface tension, water resistance, oil resistance, chemical stability, weather resistance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance and other excellent properties of fluorine elements, the synergistic effect of fluorine and silicon elements is fully exerted, the fluoralkyl-modified amino silicone oil has the advantages of both silicon fabric finishing agents and fluorine fabric finishing agents, and has more perfect fabric finishing performance.
