Modified polypropylene material and method for manufacturing the same, plastic part and method for manufacturing the same

Abstract

The application provides a high-flow modified polypropylene material and a manufacturing method thereof, and a plastic part and a manufacturing method thereof. The modified polypropylene material is prepared from raw materials in the following weight percentages: 60-75 wt.% of polypropylene; 18-20 wt.% of talcum powder; 5-20 wt.% of elastomer; 0.1-2 wt.% of auxiliary and additive; wherein the 60-75 wt.% of polypropylene is composed of 40-60 wt.% of high-crystallinity copolymerized polypropylene and 5-20 wt.% of low-crystallinity copolymerized polypropylene; the crystallinity of the high-crystallinity polypropylene is above 60%, and the crystallinity of the low-crystallinity copolymerized polypropylene is below 50%.
