Abstract

The application discloses a kind of 3D printing materials of composite PLA / POM, it is composed of the following weight parts components: PLA: 70-30 parts;POM: 20-70 parts;Toughening agent: 4—10 parts;Macromolecular coupling agent: 0.1-4 parts;Auxiliary agent: 0.1-3.0 parts.The toughening agent used is polyvinyl butyral, polyether sulfone, polyphenyl ether ketone is used in one or several mixed ways.The macromolecular coupling agent used is maleic anhydride grafting high molecule, and the terpolymer of methyl methacrylate, butadiene, styrene copolymer copolymerization.The auxiliary agent includes lubricant, dispersing agent, heat stabilizer one or several mixed uses.The composite material prepared in the application is used in the field of 3D printing, and the thermoplastic mechanical property is excellent, low in cost, environment-friendly and non-toxic.
