Abstract

The application discloses a high-grade bottom blowing slag treatment method, comprising the following steps: S1, the molten state of the bottom blowing slag is treated by 20h natural slow cooling + 52h spraying slow cooling process, and then regenerated copper ore is obtained; S2, the regenerated copper ore obtained in the step S1 is crushed, and then high-grade slag package bottom and high-grade slag are obtained; S3, the high-grade slag package bottom obtained in the step S2 is coarsely crushed to below 200mm by a crusher, and then finely crushed to below 8mm by a semi-autogenous mill; S4, the high-grade slag obtained in the step S2 is treated by a one-stage crushing + one-stage two-time grinding process, a two-stage classification + one-time quick selection process, two-time stirring, two coarse crushing and two sweeping two-precision series-parallel flotation process, and then slag concentrate is obtained and sent to a bottom blowing furnace as low-sulfur raw material, and tailings with a copper grade of less than or equal to 0.28% are sent to a cement plant as a burden.
