本发明属于金属表面处理技术领域,具体涉及一种镁合金碳酸钙转化膜及其制备方法,该方法包括:配制碳酸氢钠溶液;向碳酸氢钠溶液中通入二氧化碳气体并在pH计监测下调节得到前驱液,且在停止通入二氧化碳气体之前,使前驱液的pH值达到5.8~7.0并保持稳定;向前驱液中以滴加的方式引入钙盐溶液以形成转换液,将镁合金试样浸入转换液中,得到表面含有碳酸钙转化膜的镁合金。此外,本发明还用上述制备方法制备了一种镁合金碳酸钙转化膜。本发明控制前驱液的pH值近似7.0,再引入高浓度钙离子,能显著改善碳酸钙晶体的成核与生长行为,以获得晶粒更细小、结构更致密、结合力更强的碳酸钙转化膜,可显著提升镁合金的耐腐蚀性能。
