Melt direct spinning polyester POY oiling system and matching method thereof

Abstract

The application discloses a melt direct spinning polyester POY oiling system and a matching method thereof, and relates to the technical field of chemical fiber manufacturing. The application comprises an oil agent storage tank, an oil agent pump assembly, a main oil agent conveying pipeline and a group of oil nozzles. The oil agent pump assembly comprises a first oil agent pump and a second oil agent pump, and the outlets of the two are connected to an interlocking switch valve group after being connected in parallel. The main oil agent conveying pipeline comprises a first conveying pipeline and a second conveying pipeline connected in parallel, and the first outlet and the second outlet of the interlocking switch valve group are connected to the first conveying pipeline and the second conveying pipeline respectively. The inner diameter of the first conveying pipeline is smaller than that of the second conveying pipeline. An electric regulating valve and a pressure sensor are arranged on the first conveying pipeline and the second conveying pipeline respectively. The interlocking switch valve group, the electric regulating valve and the pressure sensor are electrically connected to a controller. The application realizes the rapid change of production lines by double-pump parallel connection, double-pipeline, closed-loop feedback control and modular design, significantly improves the oil content uniformity, reduces the broken ends and hairiness, eliminates the oil spraying and oil dripping, saves the oil agent consumption, and achieves the rapid change of production lines.
