Hard pitch semi-dry production process based on aggregate grading preheating

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of asphalt mixture preparation, and particularly relates to a hard asphalt semi-dry production process based on aggregate grading preheating, which comprises the following steps: mixing heated coarse aggregate with hard asphalt masterbatch, obtaining dielectric constant within a first preset time window and determining pre-coating characteristic set; correcting initial stirring speed based on comparison result of the pre-coating characteristic set and a preset threshold; mixing heated fine aggregate and dry mineral powder with the coarse aggregate mixture at the corrected speed, obtaining aggregate viscosity within a second preset time window and correcting aggregate mixing time based on comparison result with a preset viscosity; and finally mixing with heated base asphalt. The present application senses the melting degree of the masterbatch through dielectric constant, dynamically corrects the stirring speed, evaluates the aggregate coating degree through viscosity, dynamically corrects the mixing time, solves the problems of uncontrollable melting state of the masterbatch and no feedback of fine aggregate coating, and significantly improves the quality stability and uniformity of the mixture.
