High-efficiency energy-saving tower type pumping unit adopting permanent magnet motor

Abstract

The application discloses a high-efficiency energy-saving tower type pumping unit with a permanent magnet motor and relates to the technical field of pumping units. The pumping unit comprises a base, two rotating wheels rotatably arranged on the upper part of the base, one rotating wheel rotatably arranged on the lower part of the base between the two rotating wheels on the upper part, wherein the rotating wheel on the lower part is driven by a driving assembly, and the driving assembly at least comprises a permanent magnet motor; a pull rope, which is sequentially arranged around the three rotating wheels, one end of the pull rope being connected with a pumping rod and the other end being connected with a balance bin; a liquid supply tank, which is installed on the base and located in the middle stroke of the balance bin; and a connecting pipe, which is connected between the liquid supply tank and the balance bin and is provided with a control valve. When short-term imbalance occurs, the permanent magnet motor can quickly output a compensation torque to offset the imbalance. When long-term balance offset occurs, the mass of the liquid in the balance bin is adjusted through the control valve to realize self-adaptive balance adjustment.
