Extruded liquid rocket based on civilian industrial system

Abstract

The application discloses an extrusion type liquid rocket based on a civil industrial system, which comprises a liquid nitrogen storage tank, a liquid oxygen storage tank, a fuel storage tank, a thrust chamber, a vaporizer and a steam booster pump. On one hand, the application retains the advantages of a traditional extrusion type rocket, such as simple structure, reliable components, few fault points and high safety. On the other hand, through the way of self-boosting of waste heat vaporization of nitrogen, the upper limit of the storage tank boosting pressure is greatly improved, and the technical problems of low specific impulse, insufficient thrust and poor carrying efficiency of the traditional extrusion type rocket are solved. The core components of the whole system can be produced and manufactured by relying on mature civil industrial system, without customizing expensive aerospace level turbine pumps, so that the development, manufacturing and test cost is greatly reduced, and the serious safety defects, such as sealing failure of the traditional turbine pump, heat damage of the rich combustion gas, self-ignition of the propellant and the like, are avoided, and low cost, high reliability and large thrust are realized.
