Abstract

The application discloses a kind of anti-disengagement bistable DCU structures, including shell system, transmission system is arranged in the cavity of the shell system, electromagnetic system is located on the transmission system, it is characterized in that: the transmission system includes input shaft, driving tooth and output shaft, the electromagnetic system includes electromagnetic coil assembly and push ring assembly, the push ring assembly is matched with the driving tooth between interference press-fit, the push ring assembly and the driving tooth are connected through connecting piece in circumference, the outer circle of the driving tooth or the push ring assembly is equipped with annular groove with the connecting piece and forms mechanical interlock.This application anti-disengagement bistable DCU structure, compact arrangement structure, high integration, stable and reliable operation, with strong practicality and good application prospect.
