A sealed automatic compensation gas gate valve

Abstract

The application provides a sealed automatic compensation gas gate valve, which comprises a valve body, a movable gate, a first hydraulic cylinder, two sealing gates, two second hydraulic cylinders, a hydraulic system and a control unit. The movable gate is rolled into the guide groove on the inner wall of the valve body through a guide wheel. Each of the two sealing gates is provided with a pressure sensor for detecting the pressure difference of the inlet and outlet gas. The controller controls the first hydraulic cylinder to adjust the opening degree of the movable gate according to the pressure difference, so as to realize the automatic compensation of the flow. The sealing surface of the sealing gate is provided with a sealing cavity surrounded by two soft sealing rings. The cavity is provided with a differential pressure strain gauge. The controller judges the pressure in the cavity and its change rate in multiple stages, controls the second hydraulic cylinder to adjust the sealing force in stages, and realizes the automatic compensation of the sealing. The application reduces the opening and closing friction of the gate, realizes the double closed loop automatic compensation of the sealing force and the flow, and improves the safety and the intelligent level.
