A general orthosis wearing intelligent pressure monitoring device and a monitoring method thereof

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of medical rehabilitation and wearable monitoring, and particularly relates to a general orthosis wearing intelligent pressure monitoring device and a monitoring method thereof. The device comprises a self-positioning sensing inner lining module, a positioning and fixing structure, an acquisition and edge computing module, and a communication and interaction module. The self-positioning sensing inner lining module comprises a capacitive partitioned pressure sensing array and a reference pressure channel. The positioning and fixing structure is used for assembling the inner lining relative to the orthosis in a unique posture and keeping the partitioned positions reproducible after multiple wearing and taking off. The acquisition and edge computing module performs baseline correction on the partitioned pressure data based on the reference pressure channel and the stationary window self-calibration, realizes high-stable pressure monitoring, and determines the wearing correctness state such as over-tightening, over-loosening, wearing deviation, inside-outside imbalance and lifting / empty drum based on the pressure distribution characteristics, outputs a reminder and records the compliance data. The scheme is convenient to disassemble, wash and maintain, and is suitable for long-term wearing monitoring of knee joint orthosis.
