Strain-acceleration micro flexible composite sensor suitable for shaking table test

Abstract

The application relates to a strain-acceleration micro flexible composite sensor suitable for a shaking table test, which comprises a flexible base provided with a mounting groove; an acceleration sensor mounted in the mounting groove and fixed with fixed plate electrodes at opposite ends of the acceleration sensor, each fixed plate electrode penetrating the side wall of the flexible base; and a strain sensor embedded in the bottom of the flexible base at the position of the mounting groove and close to the middle part of the flexible base, the strain sensor being provided with capacitive electrodes at opposite ends, each capacitive electrode penetrating the side wall of the flexible base. The acceleration sensor and the strain sensor are integrated in the same flexible base, so that the two sensors are located at the same test position of a test piece during shaking table simulation test, strain signals and acceleration signals are synchronously collected, synchronous testing of strain and acceleration is realized, and the testing consistency of strain response and acceleration time history and the data accuracy are improved.
