Fabric tear resistance detection device and detection method

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of fabric detection, and discloses a fabric anti-tearing detection device and a detection method, which comprise a detection support body and a driving motor device arranged on the detection support body; two first conveying rollers are symmetrically arranged on the detection support body; a second conveying roller is arranged between the two first conveying rollers; the same fabric to be detected is conveyed between the two first conveying rollers; and the second conveying roller is used for pressing the fabric to be detected and forming a V shape. Through arrangement of the liftable second conveying roller and the reciprocating driving mechanism, static tensile tearing and dynamic reciprocating tearing of the fabric can be detected, the detection result is more close to the complex stress condition that the fabric may encounter in actual use, the authenticity and reference value of the detection result are improved, and the cloth pressing assembly is composed of multiple independent single-piece components, each single-piece component is internally provided with a top pushing block and a pressing sensor.
