A high-voltage plug-in head life test device simulating partial load working conditions

Abstract

The application discloses a high-voltage plug-in head life test equipment simulating a partial load working condition, and relates to the technical field of plug-in head testing. The equipment comprises a rack, a lifting table and a plug-in interface arranged on the top of the rack. The equipment further comprises a lifting assembly arranged on the rack and used for driving the lifting table to lift along a vertical axis, and a partial load simulation assembly arranged on the lifting table and used for setting and maintaining the partial load working condition of the plug-in head. The partial load simulation assembly comprises a partial direction simulation unit used for setting an initial partial load direction of the plug-in head in a circumferential space. The application constructs a space partial load pose simulating a non-ideal human insertion through the partial direction simulation unit and the partial direction simulation unit. In a forced alignment process, unilateral extrusion interference is generated between the plug-in head and internal terminals of the plug-in interface. Objective reproduction of lateral destructive force induced by a pose deviation in actual assembly is realized. The equipment is more objective in judging the actual use life end of the plug-in head.
