Abstract

The application relates to the field of optical display technology, and relates to an optical display device, a method for resisting rainbow stripes and a medium. The device comprises a waveguide and a liquid crystal film, the waveguide comprises a substrate layer and a grating arranged on one side of the substrate layer, and the liquid crystal film is arranged on the side of the substrate layer away from the grating; the liquid crystal film comprises a first pixel area and a second pixel area; wherein the first pixel area is an area in an unpowered state to pass ambient light of a first incident angle, the second pixel area is an area in a powered state to shield ambient light of a second incident angle, the first incident angle is less than an incident angle threshold, and the second incident angle is greater than or equal to the incident angle threshold.
