Extraction process control system and method

Abstract

The application provides an extraction process control system and method, and relates to the technical field of hydrometallurgy automation. A sensor module collects real-time process data in an extraction process; a control module obtains a predicted value of a controlled variable according to the real-time process data, a future control action sequence to be optimized and a preset multivariate prediction model, calculates an optimal control action sequence according to the predicted value of the controlled variable, and issues a target control instruction according to the optimal control action sequence; and an execution module executes a corresponding target control action according to the target control instruction, so that the real-time value of the controlled variable approaches a corresponding target value. Through real-time monitoring of process data in the extraction process and dynamic prediction of the controlled variable by combining a multivariate prediction model, feedforward compensation control is realized, a full-process closed-loop automatic control from sensing, analysis, decision-making to execution is completed, manual operation and experience judgment are not needed, and the real-time performance and accuracy of control are greatly improved.
