Abstract

The present application belongs to the technical field of array signal processing and direction of arrival (DOA) estimation, and particularly relates to a robust atomic norm minimization DOA estimation method under impulse noise, a program, a device and a storage medium. On a model level, the present application constructs a robust atomic norm minimization model based on an l1 norm data fidelity term. On the premise of retaining the inherent advantages of the atomic norm minimization method, such as no grid, super-resolution and de-coherence, the l1 norm which is not sensitive to large amplitude outliers is introduced as the data fidelity term, which can effectively suppress the interference of heavy-tailed impulse noise. On an algorithm level, the present application provides an ADMM fast solution algorithm for the l1-ANM model. The soft threshold closed-form solution obtained after the l1 norm separation of variables and the Toeplitz / Hermitian structure are fully utilized, the complex SDP problem is decomposed into a series of simple iterative update steps, the direct solution of high-dimensional SDP is avoided, and the computational complexity is significantly reduced, thereby meeting the real-time requirements in actual engineering applications.
