A wind power forging product data management method based on 5G cloud computing

Abstract

The application discloses a wind power forging product data management method based on 5G cloud computing and relates to the technical field of intelligent manufacturing and industrial data processing.The method comprises the following steps: collecting multi-source production data of a forging process through an edge terminal to form a structured data packet; uploading the structured data packet to a cloud; performing time synchronization, semantic alignment and field standardization on the structured data packet to generate a high-dimensional wind power forging process structured data set; performing prediction analysis on the quality of a forging product to obtain a quality prediction result of the forging product and generating a corresponding product digital fingerprint according to the obtained features; writing the product digital fingerprint and the high-dimensional wind power forging process structured data set into the cloud and setting multi-level access permissions; and issuing a process adjustment instruction to a forging production line equipment based on the quality prediction result.The application realizes forging product quality prediction and process optimization and improves quality controllability through 5G cloud computing and multi-model integrated analysis.
