A special-shaped wave lobe mixer suitable for S-bend nozzle and a design method thereof

Abstract

The application provides a special-shaped wave lobe mixer suitable for an S-bend nozzle and a design method thereof, and relates to the technical field of aero-engines. The special-shaped wave lobe mixer is arranged along the flow passage of the S-bend nozzle, the normal of the outlet section of the special-shaped wave lobe mixer is consistent with the corresponding section of the S-bend nozzle, two control curves for limiting the wave peak and the wave valley are obtained by equi-ratio scaling according to the intermediate section curve of the corresponding S-bend nozzle at the outlet of the mixer and taking the center of the outlet of the mixer as the center, each wave lobe is arranged at the same angle in the circumferential direction, the wave lobe profile is guided through the wave peak guide line and the wave valley guide line, and the special-shaped wave lobe mixer is formed by sweeping the inlet circular segmented arc line to the outlet curve. The application can improve the mixing efficiency of the inner and outer flow, and reduce the aerodynamic loss caused by the large-angle deflection of the airflow in the S-bend nozzle.
