Abstract

The application discloses a constant force maintaining method and device for polishing the inner wall of a hydraulic cylinder barrel, and relates to the technical field of hydraulic cylinders. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a pressure data sequence and a flow data sequence of a pump station end, real-time flow of a hydraulic hose and real-time rotating speed of a polishing head during a polishing operation; calculating an instantaneous flow resistance characteristic value based on the pressure data sequence and the flow data sequence; determining a viscosity correction coefficient based on the ratio between the instantaneous flow resistance characteristic value and a preset pipeline impedance reference; calculating a pipeline along-the-way pressure loss value based on the real-time flow, the preset pipeline impedance reference and the viscosity correction coefficient, and calculating a centrifugal pressure compensation value based on the real-time rotating speed and a preset structural constant; and combining a preset process target pressure value, the pipeline along-the-way pressure loss value and the centrifugal pressure compensation value to generate a pump station output pressure instruction to drive the pump station end to maintain constant force output. The application can stably maintain the contact pressure of the polishing head.
