A method and system for configuring bus bars of a flexible wiring board with low loss

Abstract

The application discloses a flexible line board convergence low-loss configuration method and system, and relates to the technical field of line board rewiring. The method comprises the following steps: identifying a wiring structure and obtaining a multi-stage convergence topology through topology identification; collecting stage transmission loss influence parameters; performing overall transmission loss contribution analysis based on the parameters to obtain a multi-stage transmission loss contribution degree index; marking the topology with a contribution degree greater than a threshold value as a high-loss transmission stage; performing line rewiring with the high-loss stage as a priority until the contribution degree is lower than the threshold value, so as to obtain a converged rewiring structure. The technical problem that the existing flexible line board wiring method cannot effectively suppress the multi-stage transmission cumulative loss caused by the multi-stage convergence structure is solved, the number of high-loss transmission stages experienced by the signal is reduced, the overall transmission loss in the multi-stage convergence structure is reduced, and the technical effect of realizing low-loss and high-reliability signal transmission of the flexible line board is achieved.
