BIM-based cost intelligent evaluation method and system

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of engineering cost, in particular to a cost intelligent evaluation method and system based on BIM, comprising the following steps: mapping the component geometric feature vector and the material attribute set to the quota library, establishing a semantic mapping correlation matrix and generating a basic cost list, using a weighted moving average algorithm to solve the market fluctuation correction factor for different costs, and applying the factor to the list to generate an adjusted unit price sequence, and finally outputting a dynamic evaluation result based on matrix aggregation calculation. In the present application, by constructing a feature mapping matrix based on geometric topology, the spatial attributes of BIM components are automatically converted into standardized pricing items, completely eliminating the semantic gap between model definition and cost specification, while introducing a multi-dimensional market price fluctuation factor to dynamically correct the basic quota, achieving intelligent compensation for hidden construction costs, and ensuring that the cost evaluation result can respond to market supply and demand changes in real time.
