A carbon emission management method and system for environmentally friendly cables

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of industrial carbon footprint management, in particular to a carbon emission management method and system for environment-friendly cables, comprising: obtaining energy and material flow data of each stage of the whole life cycle of environment-friendly cables, calling a life cycle assessment model to generate a theoretical carbon emission list after normalization processing. Comparing the theoretical list with actual operation data of the production execution system and Internet of Things sensors to obtain a carbon emission difference data set. Inputting the data set into a gradient boosting tree algorithm optimized according to the cable process path dependence relationship to identify key process parameters and abnormal production events that cause the difference. Based on the identification result, a carbon emission optimization strategy for a specific batch is generated and bound with a product digital identifier to form a traceable low-carbon product electronic passport. The method breaks the limitation of independent process parameter processing, accurately locates the root cause of carbon emission abnormalities, eliminates the data gap between theoretical accounting and actual operation, and realizes single-product-level carbon footprint visualization and traceability.
