A quality detection method and system for a lampshade injection molding part of a vehicle lamp

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of image data processing, and more particularly to a quality detection method and system for a lampshade injection molding part of a vehicle lamp. The method comprises: acquiring a surface image of the lampshade injection molding part of the vehicle lamp; determining a gray scale attention degree of each pixel point in the surface image; determining a defect degree of the pixel point; determining an initial superpixel center of a superpixel segmentation algorithm and completing superpixel segmentation to obtain a plurality of final pixel blocks; determining a defect manifestation of each final pixel block; and performing defect detection on the surface image of the lampshade injection molding part of the vehicle lamp based on the defect manifestation to complete quality detection of the lampshade injection molding part of the vehicle lamp. By fully considering the distribution characteristics of the gray scale values of the pixel points in the image, the present application can more accurately capture subtle gray scale change information compared to the traditional method which simply relies on gray scale value differences, thereby providing a more reliable basis for subsequent quality detection of the lampshade injection molding part.
